Digital printing is a perfect alternative to screen printing and you can print full color prints without any minimums. 

Screen Printing

Screen printing technology is the most traditional method for garment printing. Technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. One color is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multicolored image or design. Nowadays screen printing uses highly automatic and manual presses to quickly print many shirts.
